Thank you for your interest in adopting a PROUD Dog!
Here's what you need to do:
1. Please fill out an application & agreement for the dog(s)
that you are interested in making a forever part of your family and submit the application via e-mail (simply click on the "submit" button when you are finished filling out the application OR print the completed application and mail it to:

(At any step of the way, please do not hesitate to contact PROUD at prouddogldy@aol.com with any questions you might have. Tthere are NO dumb questions, please feel free to ask away! :-)
2. Please allow up to 72 hours for a PROUD represenative to contact you regarding your application. At this point the represenative will discuss the -possible- adoption of the desired dog.
3. If PROUD deems that you meet all of the adoption requirements and that you and the desired dog make a good match- adoption arrangements can be made at this time. NOTE: PROUD reserves the RIGHT to refuse any applicant for any reason.
4. There is an adoption fee for puppies & dogs which includes spay or neuter and all appropriate vaccinations.
5. Happily ever after....
Note: We are sorry, but we do not adopt the dogs at PROUD outside of the state of California.
